WHAT IS FOOBLE?

 

FOOBLE is a Lunch/Dinner Home Meal kit (we call em 'chests') company. We offer weekly, pre-portioned burger, pizza and meat chests delivered to your door, in order to help you conveniently cook fresh, easy weekend (cheat meals) dishes for/with your family and friends, while limiting waste and maximizing taste.

Customers receive orders with all the fresh ingredients you need to make restaurant-quality recipes, designed by our chefs. We save you the time of going to the grocery store, finding new recipes, meal planning, and portioning.

Our seasoned chefs create new recipes each week for you to choose from--fresh ingredients are sourced for each menu.

HOW DOES FOOBLE WORK?

  1. Start by telling us what you like and don't like to eat--then you can accept our recommendations or pick out other meals from our menu of 9+ recipes each week. We offer a variety of meal types--options for dinner, lunch and in between. 

  2. We source fresh, quality ingredients, and deliver your menu selections right to your door. Our curated, quality meals are packaged fresh & precisely portioned for each recipe.

  3. You follow the visual, step-by-step recipe cards included in your delivery, and enjoy the experience of cooking nutritious and tasty meals with ease, all weekend long.

WHAT IS FOOBLE DOING IN RESPONSE TO THE CORONAVIRUS?

We are committed to Good Manufacturing Practices (ISO 22000 Compliant) in all of our facilities, which includes regular and frequent cleaning and sanitizing of our facilities and equipment, requiring employees to wash hands regularly and wear gloves, and requiring employees to stay home when sick. In response to current events, we are increasing sanitation frequency in our offices and production facilities and are encouraging employees to use COVID COMPLIANCE best practices in and outside of work. 


Customers are encouraged to regularly check the COVID19 Government Guidance websites for updates on the coronavirus. FOOBLE will continue to monitor updates from these agencies and will send communication to customers as applicable.

HOW DOES THE CORONAVIRUS AFFECT FOOD WE ORDER FROM FOOBLE?

Food safety is core to everything we do, so we are confident in our ability to keep our customers safe. We have rigorous supplier approval and quality assurance programs to ensure ingredient quality and safety. Additionally, we work with some of the most reputable food suppliers in the country and often source locally.

Incidentally, The CDC (USA) has stated there is no evidence to support transmission of COVID-19 associated with food and that coronaviruses are unlikely to survive on the surfaces of food products or packaging (see the FAQ "Can the virus that causes COVID-19 be spread through food, including refrigerated or frozen food?").  In general, because of poor survivability of coronaviruses on surfaces, there is likely a very low risk of spread from food products or packaging that are shipped over a short period at ambient, refrigerated, or frozen temperatures (how Fooble meals are shipped). 

HOW WILL MY DELIVERIES BE AFFECTED?

We work closely with our courier and partners to ensure delivery continuity as we know you count on Fooble arriving at your doorstep on time. As always, our deliveries do not require contact with the drivers.

If we anticipate delivery delays or cancellations as the situation evolves, impacted customers will be notified by our Customer Support team.
